Return Exceptions

Consult Rx Pharmacy team will have full discretion to accept returns and exchanges. Accepted Returns must be sealed in the original container in excellent condition. Non-sealed items are non-exchangeable. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Skin care products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Orders and Returns

Consult Rx Pharmacy guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange, according to the discretion of the Consult Rx Pharmacy team and after investigation. Products may be eligible for a refund, or an exchange within 7 days from the date of your order from www.consultrxpharmacy.com or payment made at Consult Rx Pharmacy with a valid sales receipt or www.consultrxpharmacy.com packing slip.

The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Consult Rx Pharmacy within 7 days of delivery. Please supply us with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Note that we will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Consult Rx Pharmacy will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping or mishandling. In case of a return (not exchange) of a product that is not in a damaged condition, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping costs to ship the product back to Consult Rx Pharmacy.
